Yes it is possible to win chess in 2 moves in only one condition when white plays first move with "f pawn" and 2nd move with "g pawn". Here is the picture which explains the condition.

White can play first move g4 and then f4, and you will get the same position which is mentioned. Well, my point is that there are two conditions and one position for checkmating in 2 moves. :) Thanks for the answer @thechessforum
